Is the human mind the EGO?

That’s a good question and the short answer is yes. The mind is all about “me.” Logically if the mind is left to command your life, it leads you to plots and scenarios that are not representative of Oneness. The mind knows not the power and reach of LOVE. It was designed to help you understand your environment for your survival. The answer is in believing that a spiritual life is for the best and for long term outcomes.

Take a two-stage rocket for example: The first stage is needed to accelerate the vehicle fast enough to escape the grasp of gravity. Then after the escape is reached, it is not needed and must be left behind. It becomes a burden if it stays attached. Then the second stage takes over for the remainder of the voyage.

Your spiritual essence must drive you to your purpose, and your EGO must be subservient to your purpose.
